during I install creative cloud ,download until half the window just disappear , no any error report ,and nothing happen ..I can't download Creative Cloud.

my laptop is Mac is that make any difference
cuz i've delete those file still same ...
and there only have "adobe_oobelib.dylib" is this the one you said??


Please follow below steps and check

1)

Click on the Finder and look for the options listed next to Apple Icon located at the top left corner of the Desktop screen and click on "Go" menu button and select "Utilities" option.

(Applications>Utiliites)

Locate Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folder under Utilities window and trash both folders.

2)  Trash Adobe Creative Cloud from Applications well.

3)

Click on the below link and download & run Adobe Cleaner tool :

Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up Selected" .

4) Click on the below link and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use the same to install the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

download the creative cloud desktop application, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial

then, after it's completely downloaded to your computer, install it.

if you have a problem, is it during download, or during installation?

it's during "Adobe installation" :-(
when the bar run "Downloading Creative Cloud desktop"

just run to half and the window had disappear ...

Step 1)

Make sure Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed under Control Panel > Program and Features.

If listed remove / uninstall it , You may also run Cleaner tool again and remove it .

Step 2)

Open C:drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

Step 3)

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and if present delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder. ( Important)

Step 4 )

Try to install run Creative Cloud setup again.
