DVD doesn't start.

Newly purchased Elements 10 DVD does not start on my home computer.  Disc is not recognized as existing.  Disc works on my laptop.

????

    If your laptop is reading the DVD then it has no issues , the issue could be with your DVD drive on your home computer ....

    Hence install the latest driver for the disk driver and then check.

    To install the Elements 10 without the drive , copy the content of the DVD on the pen drive and paste it in on the home computer and run the installtion form the desktop.

    The drive on your home pc is it CD drive or DVD drive? DO other DVD work if you use it?
