DynamicLink Media Server not available - Again!

Had to roll back to 2017 version. Previous "correct" answer of no help since there was no Adobe folder in the Library so no way to follow the stated "path". I think it's disgraceful that Adobe has not issued a fix for this, & if it doesn't will cancel my plan.
