E-mailing my photos from Adobe Photoshop

Please someone explain to me how to attach my photos to an e-mail!

    Note that the email system is not designed for large attachments; most email providers limit attachments to 1GB~4GB 1MB~4MB.

    Much better upload your files to a file sharing site (SendNow, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc), or use a photo sharing service like Picasa / Picasaweb.

    From which software?  Adobe Photoshop Elements or Photoshop?  Also what version of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements are you using?  Finally what operating system do you have installed on your computer?
