To install Lightroom 6 I need the earlier License-Number of 5.7, but I can't find my e-mail which includes it. What can I do?

    No, the account page only shows the new serial number of LR6. The old number of my version 5.7 is not longer there.

    Our mistake was that we have not written down the old serial number of LR5.7 from the account page before we installed the upgrade. Please help ...
