Echec de l'installation d'Adobe Acrobat Professional DC 2015

Bonjour à tous,

 

J'ai acheté Adobe Acrobat Professional DC 2015 d'occasion auprès d'un vendeur professionnel (Software ReUse Tauchhammer GmbH) qui m'a fourni le fichier d'installation ainisi que la clef d'installation. 

Sur mon système Mac mini M1 16Go avec MacOS 15.6 (24G84) je n'ai jamais pu installer ce logiciel car le programme d'installation donne un message d'erreur à la fin de son execution. Avant d'installer je me suis assuré de l'absence d'une autre vesion d'Acrobat sur mon système.

Le vendeur n'a pas pu m'aider.

Questions pour la communauté :

1/ est-ce que ce logiciel de 2015 est incompatible avec mon système? ...j'ai retrouvé quelques informations sur le site d'Aide d'ADOBE mais rien concluant ...en même temps le vendeur n'accepte pas cette piste ...

2/ est-ce que la présence d'Adobe creative cloud sur mon système pourrait être en cause ?

your mac doesn't support 32 bit software and you probably have a 32 bit version.

Acrobat 2015 is End of Life. 

Adobe ended support for Acrobat 2015 on July 7, 2020.

It's no longer safe to use. 

 

You got scammed by the seller. Demand your money back or report them to your payment card company. If they've done this to you, they've likely done it to other people, too. Complain loudly and don't take no for an answer.
