Bonjour,Je viens de souscrire un abonnement étudiant créative cloudje n'arrive pas à télécharger Photoshop sur mon macle téléchargement s'arrête dès que les 8% son dépassé le message affiché est : echec de l'installation  quelqu'un aurait une idée pour résoudre ce problème Merci à vous

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
