Eject disk image

I keep getting prompted to eject my disk image when I double click he .pkg file to install lightroom. Please help me rectify the problem!

    Yes I do, the pdf says something along the lines of "click on the .pkg and follow the steps to install". There's no additional information on the pdf and on the website...


    this is an adobe problem.

    there are adobe employes responding there and hopefully they will get this resolved soon.

    you should be clicking Lightroom_4_LS11_win_4_1.exe if you're trying to install on a win os.

    I'm using a mac though. Any other suggestions?

    you should be clicking on Lightroom_4_LS11_mac_4_1.dmg.

    are you?  if so, what happens?
