I reviewed your account and can confirm that an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription was started on August 19. The original payment method for the subscription was unsuccessful, but the payment information was later updated.

I can also confirm that your cancellation request has been submitted and completed. The subscription is now canceled and should not generate any future charges.

el problema es que yo lo cancele entonces porque me cobraron el día de hoy ? si necesito mi devolución de dinero por que fue error de ustedes cobrar algo que ya estaba cancelado
