Element 13 email photos

My email photos from element 13 are not in jpeg format when received, any ideas?

The only thing I see that looks like a problem is my Element SMTP Port is '587' and the Security is 'STARTTLS'.  On my phone the SMTP Port is '587' and the Security is 'SSL'.  Element will not let me select SMTP Port '587' and Security 'SSL'

Any help is greatly appreciated.
