Long story short, I have the box and the pamphlets but I do not have the discs (misplaced during a move).  I have the license key and I spoke with an agent via an online chat and was told that since the product was not purchased online that there was nothing that they could do.  I find this difficult to believe as Adobe is a large company, but, I was the one who lost the discs, so ultimately, I'm the responsible party.  Does anyone know where I could download Elements 10?  Thanks, in advance, for your time and help.

    if you follow all 7 steps you can dl a trial here:  http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-10-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html

    and activate with your serial.

    if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
