elements 10 on I7 laptop running win 10 64bit

I am trying to install Elements 10 on my laptop. After the install, when I try to run the organizer, it says it could not initialize Direct X. I ran the utility DXDIAG and it shows that Direct X12 is installed on this machine. There is no stand alone install from Microsoft to reinstall Direct X12.

you should try installing using compatibility mode win 7 or xp sp3.
