I have just done a reinstallation now Win8.1

On trying to download from my orders at My Adobe by both the Akamia Download and the Alternative method

I am unable to install the product on my Computer.

I have tried many times to the degree  I am totally sick of trying.

Is it possible for a alternative easy method to download my software..

    if you follow all 7 steps you can dl a trial here:  http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-11-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html

    and activate with your serial.

    if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

    if you're fed-up, follow those steps carefully.  otherwise, you'll continue to have problems.

    Thank you both for your help however, I am at a standstill again. Downloaded as per instructions following the seven golden rules..now have the files Listed below PremierElements_11_WWEFDJ_win32 ..type..File....  1,241KB PremierElements_11_WWEFDJ_win32 ..type..7ZFile ...  1,177,309KB Click on 7Z File this appears:                             33 PRE11.......1.25GB                                     4 READ ME....510.71KB Click on PRE11 etc Get to setup.exe 1.42 MB Click on it and I keep getting this message “Cannot launch such kind of file File types thatcontainexecutable code like .exe, .bat, and so on can’t be launched...same with the Windows installer under the setup.exe file. Thanks again for your advice previously, I must say I have downloaded and installed hundreds of programs/software over many years and have never had problems like this. Maybe Windows 8.1 is the problem. Then may be it is me. Any help again will be greatly appreciated. cheers

    thank you again kglad & Jeff A Wright, I have downloaded to my Windows 7 laptop and taken the installer and then was able

    to get the program up and running on Windows 8..1 so problem now solved...thanks for your help..
