Elements 11 activation issue

I am trying to put Premier Elements 11 on my 'new' edting PC but it says Elements 11 is already activated on 2 computers, deactivate on 1 to activate on this computer.  Only problem is both computers are dead so cannot remove from any.  

I looked in activated devices but it is empty, also when I tried to sign in to Elements 11 it says something went wrong, is that because of the activation 'problem' as I used the password to sign in to here to write this.

you have to check the account/adobe id used when you purchased/registered long ago.

 

there's no other option to salvage your activations if the computers used are unavailable.
