Elements 12 will not open

When I try to open my paid copy of elements12 I get the message "trial has expired". I own this copy and when I install the program I put the serial number or (Key code) when it asks, but still get the message. Also when I boot my pc I get the message "bt7rffql.dss module could not be found". anybody know this problem
