Hi all -.
I'm trying to install Elements 12 on a Windows 7 machine. The install hangs up with a 1311 error - cannot find Data1.cab. I checked the disc and the file is there. I also checked the disc for any dirt or scratches. I then tried to copy over the files to my desktop but then get a different error that it cannot read file 1031.mst. Highly frustrating - can you offer any help? Thanks!
