Elements 13 Licens

Hello, 

I have a problem activating the PSE13 license. 
Brief background: 
I logged out of PSE13 on my old computer and also uninstalled the program. 
Now I want to log into PSE13 again on my new computer but it then says the license is already in use.

However, no activated devices appear in my account.

Somebody here who can help?
