elements 13,the serial no is not valid.

I bought elements 13,after using well working trial version. After receiving serial no. i, however, is informed that the serial no is not valid. The trial works well on imac, but checking my product page i see the license no is for a windows version. So, in a few days my trial has run out and i can't use version i bought. Can anyone tell me what to do ???
