I have downloaded Elements 18 and when I try to use a free trial I'm told I have no time left. I do admit to trying Elements 15 but that did not do what I wanted. I need to see if Elements 18 is suitable for me?

    there's nothing easy (eg, you can reformat your hd, reinstall your os and then start a trial) that you can do to correct that on the problematic computer.  you can start a trial on another computer.
