Can anyone tell me please what to do in this case? Or, if nothing can be done, how to get my money back?

    Hi John,

    Thanks for the rapid question, appreciated in this god-awful automated

    world. The program didn't want want to install, saying it didn't work on my

    computer. However, after several attempts, it decided that it was going to

    recognize my computer, so I have just installed it. But thank you. Anything

    for a human being!

    What do you mean by doesn't work... what error message do you see?

    Glad you have it working. A tip for any future problems: we humans really like to see the whole words/full text of error messages. So please include that, never paraphrase just to make it easier for us!
