Elements 2018 Install error

PC Windows 10. Get an error summary "file not found". Tried to get to the error log but opening the compressed file in notepad does not produce and "error code"

I've tried installing twice same result. However opening Elements it seems to be operating fine both organizer and editor and RAW editor. Is this OK?

the error may be a cleanup file that's already been removed.
