Elements 2021 installation

I purchased Photoshop Elements 2021 DVD from Amazon, once received I realized that I don't have a DVD drive on my new computer.  Is there a way to download and put the serial number in as proof of purchase?  OR, do I need to purchase an external DVD drive?
