Elements 2022. Where the Organizer?

Hello. I purchased an online download of Elements 2022 for my Apple iMac. The download included Elements and Organizer. I went to install on a second Apple device (Macbook Pro) and was only able to download Elements. I understand my license allows me to download on 2 devices. Does that apply to the Elements program only? How do I download Organizer on the Macbook?

The Organizer should install when you install Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements.

If Organizer didn't install should I uninstall Elements of the 2nd device
and reinstall it? Thanks.
