Elements 2023 Corrupt installer

I have just ordered and registered PSE 2023 (update version).

Everything seems ok untill I download the installer (the order is recorded in my account with the serial number, but not yet with an invoice). The download is nearly instant, I suppose it's the new 'lightweight installer.

However, I always get a 'corrupt installer' message requiring to download again. I have tried several times, including with admin rights. Always the same message. The confirmation mail has a link to contact the support for Download & Install which results in a 404 error.

Is there a standard installer instead of the 'lightweight' one?

i just learned (from jim @ProDesignTools) that the pse 2023 links were just released today, so they may not have rolled-out to all adobe servers world-wide, yet. try again tommorrow if you have problems using that link - esp, if you're not in the usa.

Many thanks for helping.

Unfortunately, your logical suggestion gives the same "corrupt installer" message. What is totally unexpected is that your link should open a file with 9.5 MB and it downloads a file with only 3.8 MB just like the 'normal' installer I tried before.

Curiously, when I copy the adress of the link, it shows PSE/21

https://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/PSE/21/win64/PhotoshopElements_2023_LS30_win64.exe

Any further ideas? Does PSE/21 stand for the PSE 21 version or PSE2023?

v21 is 2023:

so, i went further with the link i posted and downloaded the installer. just like you reported i get a 3.8mb file.

after double clicking that file i see
