I've been using Photoshop Elements forever... had to reinstall after a hard disc crash.  Can't reinstall... error: requires IE4.0 or greater.  Running IE10.0!

Help!

    Known issue with IE10 and the Adobe website.

    E.g. http://forums.adobe.com/message/5500679

    Use Compatibility View in IE10 or use a different browser.
