I have Elements 9 installed on a pc and laptop,the pc recently had a problem and had to be repaired.The

programme was not affected as i thought,but now i try to open it and it requires me to deactivate one of

the versions which i cannot as i cannot open it.I have uninstalled and reinstalled,but have the same problem.

Help would be appreciated,
