I bought in October elements 13,and pay it.After that I buy new Computer and downlad Elements 13 trial,and use same activate code,but now I get message from Adobe.I must pay again??why???

use your serial number to activate your 2nd installation/activation.
if you already have 2 installations/activations, deactivate (help>deactivate) one of them.
