Eligible when teaching in China?

Hi everyone,

a lot of the posts I've found so far are quite helpful on whether you're eligible for the Student/Teacher edition of Adobe CC in the U.S. And that's where I'm stuck.

Does anyone have more information on my (more specific) case?

I'm a teacher from the Netherlands (NL) teaching in China, at an Art Academy.

What suffices as proof of eligibility, and who do I contact for this, since I would like to pay from my Dutch account –– should I contact Adobe in Holland? Or are there people here who have a similar situation, but already solved it?
