Question

Email is not associated with this account

I have the free photography trial of Lightroom and Photoshop. When prompted to sign in to install the apps I get the error, 'Email is not associated with this account.' I have contacted live chat and was with them for almost 3 hours and got nowhere, only for them to repeatedly ask to remote access my PC which I refused everytime.

Have I done something wrong upon registering?

Uninstall and run the cleaner https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Sign in with your correct email and install again

I ran the cleaner and then attempted to sign in to the installer and received the same error message, 'No account associated with the email address'.

Then how are you signing in to this forum? It uses the same email address and password that is for your Adobe ID.

Go to the main Adobe website, adobe.com, and sign in with the same eamil address and password you are using to sign in to this forum and check your Account.
