Empty White Box on Startup Preventing Usage

Seem to be encountering a bug with creative cloud, where every single app fails to load properly. When I open Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier... literally anything, I'm greeted with an empty white box that prevents the app from loading and being used. When you 'X' it away, it closes the application fully, so I'm paying a membership for something that doesn't work at the moment.

Checked the installer/updater and that works perfectly, everything's updated properly and shows I'm logged in.

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro (Version 1809)

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700k @ 4.2GHz

GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 8GB

RAM: 2x GSkill Trident-Z 8GB

Having the same exact problem for the past few days on my PC. Have a mac at work and dont have a single problem with this. How did you get it to work? Or should I just buy a mac for home?

Seems to be loading a page, maybe a login screen (even though it's annoying, overused, and unnecessary)... before going white and useless. Was quick enough to printscreen before it crashed out again. Any idea for fixing this?
