Empty window Creative Cloud and question proceed trialversion

None of my CC applications is starting. Instead it show a window where that says I have to login - when I log in I see the softwarelicense and after a window appears that there are 30 days left for the trialversion. I have a CC-licensie since may this year!

Hi Postbus,

I checked your profile and found to be active till next month. Could you please check the status on the Help menu of the Application after launching it. it should give you signout option instead of sign in.

Check foir Hosts file and remove if you find any adobe entries. you can refer to the belo wmentioned link

Also if you are using Windows 7 and above or Mac OSX 10.7 and above then please try updating the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
