Encore CS6 issues

I have just tried to open Encore CS6 which has been working for months and suddenly it is asking for a serial number please can someone help because i have deadlines that need meeting asap. I would be grateful.

Ok, will do Jeff. Ok thank you. Will look at others because we do a lot of DVD and Blu-ray Authoring.

Yeah we were using it alongside the Creative Cloud subscription.


Thanks for the additional information, Yvetteg94604306.  We previously did offer Creative Suite 6 applications through a Creative Cloud membership.  Recently though the decision was made to focus our attention and support on the newest releases of Adobe software, you can find more information on this decision at Changes to Creative Cloud Download Availability | Adobe Blog .

As previously mentioned, I have seen a lot of posts from people facing problems using Creative Suite applications under modern operating systems.  Utilizing a current and supported solution for authoring DVDs well help make sure you don't face additional issues in the future.  Unfortunately, Encore CS6 was the last release of any DVD authoring software by Adobe.

Yvetteg94604306, do you have a license/serial number for Creative Suite 6?  You can find information on how to retrieve your serial number at Find your serial number .

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for replying i have not been able to check the serial number because i have tried to download adobe serial number checker.

I am currently looking at downloading and buying wondershare DVD creator instead because i need to get this sorted asap what do think about this?

Did you buy Premiere Pro CS6 so you would have a serial number, or have you been using CS6 as "added" software using a Creative Cloud subscription?

If you bought the program, Go to https://account.adobe.com/ to find a list of your programs and serial numbers
