Encore download through CC

Hi,

I followed the directions and links to install Encore in CC by using the Premiere Pro CS6 download tab. However, evey time I hit the download button, my CC application on my mac pops open, but nothing is downloading.

Any suggestions?

restart your computer, open your cc app>click apps>scroll to encore> and download/install encore.
