Encore is still listed as being installed even though I removed it

Question

I uninstalled premier pro to re-install it with encore as suggeted on the forum in order to write to a DVD. I cannot re-install it because it thinks that it is already installed on my comupter.

Please help.

Kid2020 which operating system are you using? What process did you go through to remove the previous installation of Encore? Finally I would recommend reviewing Creative Cloud AAM lists Applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html which lists several possible solutions to your current difficulties.
