Hello, I have CS6, where it ended up from Adobe support. Please, what should I do? I don't need any updates just to keep the programs running.

When I enter my serial number to register, it will write to me that it is already in use.

I am using Windows 8.1 Pro

When you can't properly deactivate a serial number
(this is the ONLY support Adobe still offers for old programs)
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-you MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

- or by telephone https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

Please explain more about what you are trying to do but can't.

Tell us your operating system and any other pertinent details.

CS6 won't install on macOS Monterey, Big Sur or Catalina.  It's too old.

If you're trying to re-install CS6 from your original installation disks and have a valid serial number, you need the terminal workaround described below for macOS Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave.

Beware of fake Adobe reps who may contact you privately offering to sell you software or take control of your computer. It's a scam, run away! Real Adobe employees will never reach out via Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail or Skype.

It has been a long time since I installed a CS5 or CS6 program, but I think that you need to do a step to register your serial number for it to show up when you go to https://account.adobe.com/products

Do NOT update your computer to a newer operating system

If Mac (you should always provide details when you ask a question) CS6 will stop

If Windows CS6 **may** keep working

Not sure what you mean by "what should I do?"

If it is still running and you are happy with it.

If it isn't running properly, or you lost the info to reinstall it, or you want a newer feature, it's time to upgrade.

It requires a license code from me, but I entered it, but I don't see the product in the Adobe ID.

What happened when you entered your Adobe serial number?

What operating system?

CS6 support ended a long time ago.  The programs may continue to run but are no longer supported by Adobe if you need assistance. Also keep in mind that newer computers and operating systems may break your software at some point at which point you will need to move to CC or find alternative software.
