EnglishJapan disc problem

Installation for CS6 is asking for EnglishJapan disc, which does not exist. I am installing from a disc. I have deleted all existing Adobe software, run the Creative Cloud Cleaner, and rebooted at each step. Still unable to install. Any advice?

    Dear Ned

    Yes, I started down that path immediately after posing the question. I am currently installing and the installation has certainly proceeded further than it did from the disc.
