Enter the code we sent to the phone number ending is not arrived

Hi All,

Given the creative cloud is started

And I logged in with Facebook

And "Verify your identity" dialog is displayed

When They send the code to email or phone

"Enter the code we sent to the phone number ending in -xx."

Then I receive the code, neither in email nor by phone SMS

And I can not log in and start my Adobe After Effect trial version

Any idea how to solve this deadlock?

don't log in using anything related to a 3rd party.  ie, follow @Mylenium's advice.

Hard to say. Since you're Hungarian (?) this may be an issue with your telco provider or Internet provider, respectively. That or Facebook itself is doing weird stuff. Have you tried creating an account the old way just by providing your e-mail and having it verified? Otherwise I'd check Facebook. Perhaps you need to fiddle with some setting to allow deeper access to your data.

Sorry that you're going through this. I'd double check the phone number on your account and also check the spam folder on your email.
