Enterprise license key is invalid.

We are receiving an error for our enterprise license key when trying to activate and/or install CC. The error is "This license key is invalid." It even seems to show up for previous installs that had been licensed earlier. This worked fine in the past but is now causing issues on user's PCs within our organization. I can confirm our license key at licensing.adobe.com but it simply will not activate. Has anyone received this error before and/or know how to resolve it? Thanks, in advance.

Got the answer. I don't like it...but I got it.

The license key you are using (and I was) expired on June 1, 2015.

You'll need to purchase new licenses.

Thanks for the information. We're part of a large group of institutions so I'll be reaching out to them to determine why we haven't received the new licensing.

Thanks again for your help and follow-up.

Additionally, after reaching out to Adobe, I was provided the following URL for users experiencing this problem:

Education serial number has expired Feb. to Jun. 2015 | CC

Yes, I am experiencing the exact same thing.

Our clients were working fine, and then all the sudden, BAM, it stopped working for all clients at the same time, now each client says the license key is invalid.

Unfortunately, I've spent hours on this, and can't get anywhere.

May I know the version of Adobe applications you are trying to activate using Serial number?
