    Uninstall Flash Player from Mac

    https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html

To remove old plugins from your browsers, consult your browser's documentation.

    Uninstall Acrobat DC from Mac

    https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/uninstall-reinstall-acrobat.html#UninstallAdobeAcrobatDConmacOS

If you're prompted for a password, enter your Mac computer user password.

    Hope that helps.

Kindly specify the product you are trying to uninstall.

    If this could help:

Login to creative cloud Desktop, if you don't have an account create one here https://account.adobe.com/ and all installed products will be reflected there, then follow the steps below to uninstall or update the apps you want.

    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

    Hope that helps.

Adobe is a company like Apple and Amazon, not a product.

Which product are you trying to uninstall, please be specific?
