Erorr while installing Photoshop

Hello all,

I've got a problem while installing Photoshop. After 15-20 minutes waiting to finish the install, it says like "One or more applications haven't been installed" and the icon of photoshop down there. Dunno what to do, help please. I did everything i could, searched on internet for solutions, but nothing seems to be worked.

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Using windows 7 ultimate, trying to install Adobe Photoshop CC. Also using a computer admin account.
