Erreur attribution licence

Bonjour,Il y a 3 mois, j'utilise ma licence illustrator sur un nouveau PC.Hier j'ai reçu le message suivant à l'ouverture d'Illustrator :Or je dispose bien d'une licence en cours de validité, valable jusqu'au 19 novembre :Et cette licence est bien affecté au bon utilisateur dans la console d'administration :  Pour continuer de travailler, je suis aujourd'hui en version d'évaluation qui expire sous 7 jours !HELP !! JE SUIS PERDU... Merci pour votre aide.
