Erreur lors de l'ouverture de photoshop

Bonjour,

Lorsque je veux ouvrir photoshop, un message m'indique que mon abonnement est expiré et pourtant ce n'est pas le cas.
Comment solutionner ce problème?

    J'ai un abonnement depuis un an que je paie tous les mois.
    Savez-vous comment je peux contacter adobe?
    C'est vraiment problématique, j'ai besoin de l'utiliser, je paie et ne sais
