Erroe 403 - new mac issue!

I just purchased a new mac pro and I'm trying to set all my software again. While trying to install InDesign I keep getting the same error 403. It keeps advising to check for updates however I've literally just downloaded creative suite and there are no updates available. HALP 😞

Creative Suite is very old, so I assume you mean Creative Cloud. Please let us know

1. What mac OS version you are running?

2. Whether this is an M1 Mac?

3. What version of InDesign you are trying to install?

Please give version numbers, not "latest", thanks.
