Hi,

I'm new with this adobe creative cloud thing and i have been using photoshop before.

For my education i need to work with Photoshop, illustrator and indesign, But once i downloaded it from my cloud i couldn't open any programs.

I am not a geek and dont know how to solve this problem.

I also tried everything i have been looking up on the web, but i couldn't make it work. ( or i did something wrong)

Can anyone please help me? Or get into my pc to fix it for me? (haha)

Sorry for the delayed response.

If you are still facing same issue. run System File Checker command and see if there is any issues with OS System files.

Please mention Windows version .

Hint 1 :

Repair Visual C++ redistributable packages ( All versions installed on the system )

Solutions for Photoshop Lightroom error 0Xc000007b

It is for Lightroom , applies for other Apps as well.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For example , instead of copying msvcr100.dll and msvcr80.dll files to Lightroom folder , copy it to Photoshop , Illustrator ...folders and then try to launch.

Steps to copy dll files manually:

Make sure to download Zip file and then extract it.  it contains 2 files named msvcr100.dll and msvcr80.dll.

https://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/lightroom/kb/lightroom-launch-error-0xc00007b/_jcr_content/main-pars/procedure/p…

Copy those 2 files to  for example below location :

C:> Program Files > Adobe Photoshop.

Once you had copied , try to launch Photoshop. If it works let me know

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

But make sure to repair all Visual C++ re-distributable packages. If necessary uninstall and reinstall all versions both x86 and x64.

Then download fresh copy from Microsoft and install the same.

Example :

Download Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 from Official Microsoft Download Center

Still same ?? Let us know .
