Error 0xc0150002 on startup of multiple apps

Question

Hi I'm getting error 0xc0150002 on startup of Illustrator, PS and InDesign and other Apps. This just started today with no changes to the system seeming to be related.

Running the CC cleaner tool gives me all these error messages.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no joy.
