Dianajudith23 can you please post a screen shot of the error you are experiencing?  Also which operating system are you using?  You can find more details on how to post a screen shot at FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?.

Andreescu2004 if you are receiving Error 1 in the Creative Cloud Desktop application then I would recommend using the steps listed in Error: "Failed to install" | Creative Cloud Desktop to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application.  You are welcome to update this discussion if you have any questions regarding the steps listed within the document.
