Error 1 después de la instalación de Adobe Premier con Creative Cloud

Hola! Al intentar abrir Adobe Premier por 1ª vez tras la instalación me lanza el error 1, me indique que desinstale e instale. Sigo todos los pasos para borrarlo por completo, y nada ¿Tiene solución?

Nobody can help you without system information and other details. Exit code 1 would indicate that your computer may not be compatible, but we really can't know anything here...

Thank you! I solved it. I started Adobe Premier C6 by mistake, then I found the creative cluod version and no problem. I supose Creative install both.
