Error 105 installing on New Mac

I am on Mac/ Creative Cloud works fine and updates. The legacy Acrobat set up does not. And now we have intel based time horizon - app needs refresh

    I appreciate your long-term use of our services, and I am sorry you are encountering problems installing Acrobat.

     

    I branched your response from an old discussion about the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Are you encountering Error 105 while installing Acrobat or the Creative Cloud Desktop app? What version of Acrobat are you trying to install?

     

    Is this a new computer? Could you tell me what you meant by your reference to Intel-based processors? The current Apple processors are the M5.
