Error 11

Hi all,

I've installed CS6 under vista and can't open anything exept acrobat. Error 11. Tried reinstalling, same result.

Does anyone have an idea?

    uninstall everything from cs6

    run the cleaner: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

    then re-install.

    when reinstalling, use "run as administrator", install to the default locations and install from an internal drive.

    Thanks for the tips. I did all that. It does work now, but I have to run the programm as an administrator. If I don't do that I will not start and I get the Error 11 again.
