Error 113 - unable to download anything

I am unable to download any trial or anything at all and it is giving me error 113. I have tried the fixes given in other forums like disabling the firewall entirely, switching to new wifi, disabling anti virus and even resetting the whole pc on a fresh install! I am still getting the same error. This never happened before and I really need help. I tried using an online installation and while extracting the zip from online it gave me error 0x8000405: Unspecified error. Any help would be appreciated.

How do i whitelist all the endpoints in the text because in the Local Security Policy it just says Software Restriction Policies?

white listing varies depending on your firewall and/or router, but if you didn't know that i think it would be better to contact adobe support.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
